Production is planned around the drawing, grade, dimensions, inspection level and delivery requirements.

Drawing, grade, dimensions, quantity, inspection level and delivery expectations are reviewed before manufacturing planning.

Pattern, core, moulding, risering, gating and process sequence are planned according to component shape and service requirement.

Induction melting and charge preparation support carbon steel, low alloy, stainless, heat resistant, corrosion resistant and high alloy castings.

Runners, risers and fins are removed, castings are finished, inspected and dispatched with agreed records and documentation.

Capabilities

In-house and arranged process support.

Single-piece sand castings from 50 g to 2 tons, subject to drawing geometry and grade.

Approx. 60 mm to 1000 mm diameter and up to 6 m length.

Machining, physical testing, heat treatment and pattern making can be arranged where required.
